LOCAL PICKUP/SHIPPING
Local pickup in the Kansas City/ Raytown area available. Please ensure an accurate phone number and email address is provided to schedule pickup. Local
items must be picked up within 3 days from completion date. If items are not picked up additional charges will be applied. Shipping items will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An email with tracking number will be sent once items are completed and shipped out.
REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT
We do not offer refunds on custom orders. Our company will replace damaged items not caused by the customer at no charge, however negligence on your end will result in repurchase of the items.
MOCK UP APPROVAL
Mockups are sent for approval before order production starts on selected products. Please approve or provide needed changes within 24 hours, or item will be produced as is.
